These terms apply when you use Orchestra Reel at app.orchestrareel.com. By signing in you agree to them. Questions go to hello@orchestrareel.com.
The service
Orchestra Reel turns a recording you upload into an animated concert that you can watch in the browser, share with a link and export as a video. The instruments are detected automatically and the detection can be wrong; you can correct it in the app. You need a Google account to sign in.
The free quota
The service is free. Each account can process 3 songs. There is no paid plan yet; if that changes, these terms will say so first.
The rights to what you upload
You keep all rights to your recordings. You promise that you hold the rights to everything you upload, or have permission from the rights holder, including the right to let us process the audio with our separation provider and to play it to the people you share a link with. Do not upload music you do not have the rights to.
You give us permission to store and process your uploads only as far as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for what you do with exported videos, for example when you publish them on YouTube.
Sharing
A share link lets anyone who has it play that concert, read-only. You can revoke a link at any time. Share only what you may share.
Takedown
If something was uploaded without the rights holder's permission, write tohello@orchestrareel.com and it will be removed.
Provided as is
The service is provided as is, without any warranty. It may change, pause or stop. Songs, share links or accounts that break these terms may be removed.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time on the account page. This deletes your songs, uploads and share links.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
